Think of your physician digital recruiting like a dating app:  it isn’t sufficient for you to love them, or for them to love, you; you need to love each other to make it work.  ( this helps in terms of both design and screening) 

Consider that the recruiting landing page on your website is the second most important page of your website.  Although it may be only visited 100 times a month, some of those “visitors” are worth 1 million dollars a year of revenue for the next 20 years!
